As a Regional Operations Manager for one of the largest heavy equipment dealers in the United States, Jesse leads with a focus on accountability, operational excellence, and developing high-performing teams. Jesse is the founder of JR | AZ Photography, where he captures authentic moments that reflect the grit, emotion, and real stories behind athletes, families, and everyday life. Through his photography, and his platform, Running the Program, he brings visibility to the people and values that shape strong communities.

In addition to his professional and creative work, Jesse serves as President of the Tanque Verde Cowboys Youth Football and Cheer organization. In this role, he is dedicated to building more than just competitive teams; he is focused on developing character, discipline, and resilience in young athletes while creating a positive, supportive environment for families.
